Accommodation Villa Sun

The villa not only took orange color to create the look of the ‘sun’ but also add the shape of the sun, which is round, to the design. Villa Sun consists of two bedrooms which look similar and dominated by vibrant orange and white color, a spacious living area and a private pool.

Bedrooms And Bathrooms

The two bedrooms are located opposite to each other off the living area. Both of the bedrooms have fantastic views and connected to the open air area. The first bedroom lead to the swimming pool while the other bedroom opens out to a well-manicured garden area. Each bedroom is completed with an en-suite bathroom and similar amenities.

The Bathrooms in this villa are slightly different, the pool side bedroom only has a rain shower while the garden-side bedroom has both rain shower and bathtub. The amenities in the bathroom are specially made for 4S Villas. The amenities are including softest towels, bath robes, and handmade ceramics and toiletries.

The Living Area

The living room is in round shape, just like the sun. The living area is decorated with stylish hanging shell lamps, which cascade from an Indonesian style high-pitched ceiling. The living area is also equipped with 42” flat-screen TV with two trendy beanbags in gold and silver color. Other media facilities including a surround sound system, DVD player, iPod dock and all cables you may need to connect your laptop or media player to watch movies from your private collection on the big screen TV. Selection of DVDs is also available from Villa Sun’s library.

The stylish dining set is made by a designer and fit for six people. This dining set is made from solid wood and tempered glass. The fully equipped kitchen of Villa Sun consists of stove, microwave oven, blender, toaster and a collection of pots, pans and utensils to make breakfast or prepare something easy or special for your friends or family. Villa Sun also provide the guests with daily breakfast prepared by villa’s butler.

Villa Sun has many positive traits and one of it is the location. Located right in the heart of Seminyak, this natural oasis of serenity is only few meters away from many attraction. Seminyak Beach and shopping attraction like Seminyak Square and Oberoi street can be reach within walking distances from this villa. Chic restaurant and nightclubs such as Ku De Ta, Potato Head Beach Club, Hu’u, The Living Room and many more are only minutes away from Villa Sea.

This villa is also quite near from other hip area like Double Six, Kuta or Canggu. Those places can be reach in around 15 minutes using any transportation. Dining and entertainment guidelines are available in every villa and also guests feel free to have right suggestions about where to go from the Western management.

Additional Terms & Conditions Villa Sun

• All events or parties with more than 20 participants should be approved in advance by the villa management and stipulated local village council fee will be applied
• Damage deposit is required 200 US$. Should be paid IN CASH upon check-in to villa manager and fully refundable if no damages and losses in villa ( no stains on furniture and walls, no broken glasses and glass wear, no damaged electronics, no broken bath amenities and umbrellas)
