Accommodation Villa S3
Villa S3 looks a bit like a classic Balinese villa but has more modern look in it. The modern look can be seen in its stylish design, along with an open-style living room and a private swimming pool. A beautiful garden filled with tropical flowers and a wooden deck adding trendier look on the villa that is built on a 250 m2 land.
Villa S3 has one large bedroom that is equipped with a king-size bed with soft cotton linens, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, air conditioning, 42” flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system with iPod connection.
The living room has huge ventilation and facing the tropical garden. A Balinese style sofa with comfy cushions, a reading chair and coffee table adding the relaxing atmosphere to this area.
Next to the living room is the dining area. The dining table has a capacity for four people, good for dining with family or closest friends. This villa is also equipped with a fully-equipped kitchenette which has stove, oven, fridge, blender, toaster and microwave.

Additional Terms & Conditions Villa S3
- All events or parties with more than 20 participants should be approved in advance by the villa management and stipulated local village council fee will be applied
- Damage deposit is required 200 US$. Should be paid IN CASH upon check-in to villa manager and fully refundable if no damages and losses in villa ( no stains on furniture and walls, no broken glasses and glass wear, no damaged electronics, no broken bath amenities and umbrellas)
