The area also quite strategic, just few minutes away from the hip places such as Seminyak and Canggu. Accommodation Villa Rich

This traditional modern villa consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living area, a private pool and a garden. All of the areas have been designed nicely so the guests would be so comfortable in it.

The Bedrooms

Villa Rich offers 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with a comfortable queen sized bed and their own bathroom guaranteeing the visitors privacy. The bedrooms have lots of windows and doors making it a healthy and pleasant environment. Each bathroom has a spacious washbasin and a luxurious shower. The bathroom in the master bedroom is also equipped with a bathtub for your relaxation pleasures. Two of the three bedrooms have their own terrace with a view on the pool.

The Living Area

The living area offers a comfortable couch which offers space to at least 3 people. Besides the couch there are also two comfortable chairs. The living area also has an LCD TV equipped with a DVD player and satellite TV to enjoy all the famous International channels. Big glass doors connect the living room to the pool area and the entrance of the villa. The large windows guarantee lots of light in the villa.

Next to the living area you’l find the dining area which is inside the kitchen. The dining area offers a spacious solid teak wood Bali style dining table offering more than enough space for 6 persons to enjoy dinner or breakfast.

The open kitchen is spacious and combines modern elements with traditional elements totally in line with the overall design of the villa. The kitchen is truly fully equipped offering everything you need to cook any meal you like. The kitchen features a large stainless steel refrigerator, a stainless steel stove oven combination, all kitchen tools you need including tea and coffee making facilities.

Pool And Garden

In between the two pool-side bedrooms you’ll find the wooden sun deck which is probably one of your best spots in the villa. Equipped with a parasol, two sun beds, a round lounging couch with build in parasol and a spacious table. Whether you want to enjoy the sun, want to get away from the sun or enjoy the evening breeze, this is the place for relaxation.

In the middle of the big garden and right in front of the terraces and sun deck there’s a gorgeous 10 x 4 meter private swimming pool. The pool is of course maintained on a daily basis ensuring a refreshing and healthy swimming experience.

Villa Rich is only available from july 5th until september 30th.

Rate: 400 USD per night excluding 10% government tax and tips for the staff.

Additional Terms & Conditions Villa Rich

• Minimum stay: 5 nights;
• Payment: 50% on booking, 50% at the latest 1 (one) month prior to arrival unless agreed otherwise;
• In case of cancelation more than one month prior to arrival 2 nights stay will be deducted from your deposit;
• In case of cancelation less than one month prior to arrival the deposit will not be refunded;
• In case of cancelation less than a week prior to arrival or no-show the full amount will be charged;
