Each of the villas nestle comfortably within The Layar’s 16,800 m2 five star gated community. The Layar Villas offer ultimate privacy with an open view and sense of freedom. The designers of Villa Layar Seminyak have managed to accomplish this challenging task through an innovative and clever approach.

The Bedrooms

Groups of couples travelling together will find the three bedroom villas the perfect solution for communal living with complete privacy. Each bedroom is cleverly positioned away from the central area, and operates like an almost completely separate suite even featuring separate private gardens.

The 3-bedroom version of Villa Layar has a floor size of 250-293 m2 and a land size of 650-670 m2 providing you with an abundance of private space to enjoy your stay. Villa Layar has three bedrooms all with king size beds and allows for a maximum of 6 people to sleep at the villa. Next to the 3 bedrooms there are 3 bathrooms equipped with an indoor shower and bathtub.

The Living Area

The living area consists of living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is designed nicely with seating capacity for 6 people on a luxurious and very spacious couch. The dining room is located near the living room, offer a trendy and elegant look of dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is truly a fully equipped kitchen serving you in all your in-house cooking needs.
