The Bedrooms
The 3 master bedrooms of Villa Charlie feature warm, honey‐colored parquet floors and glass doors that allow plenty of natural light, opening onto poolside. Each bedroom is furnished with a canopied queen‐ size bed, equipped with air conditioning, safe deposit box, and featuring en‐suite bathrooms with outdoor hot‐cold showers.
The Living Area
The living area looks magnificent with a huge sofa set and a modern entertainment system, including a flat screen TV with Cable TV program and cable for Ipod. This area has a fresh atmosphere with an open‐air living that overlook the pool. The dining pavilion is positioned adjacent to a western fully‐equipped kitchen with a good range of utensils, and quality tableware.
The Pool Area
The salt‐water system and champagne plunge pool is the center focus of Villa Charlie with ample room for lazing on the poolside deck; adding more delight of tropical style living. The modest hard wood pool side deck of Villa Charlie is furnished with six romantic traditional single set sun loungers to get the full rays of the sun for those you strive for the perfect tan or just enjoy lazing pool side. The swimming pool is right in front of the villa and has generous 15 meters size for any avid swimmer.
The Staffs
The villa staffs are professionally trained to make your stay much more enjoyable. The villa maid is well trained in housekeeping and cooking, as well as babysitting for special occasion. Gardeners are well trained to keep the garden clean and beautiful, as well as maintaining the pool. Security Guards are ready for your safety, both in day and night time.

Standard Services
Villa Manager
The Villa Manager is on duty 3 times in a week visit schedule to the villa, unless there is an urgent matter that requires his attention. He works hand in hand with his assistant and all villa staff to make sure that the property is well‐maintained and the guest is well‐serviced.
The Villa Manager or his assistant will present at the guest’s check in and check out, and they are also reachable whenever needed.
Assistant to Villa Manager
The Assistant to Villa Manager is on duty with daily schedule to visit the villa. He assists the Villa Manager in order to make sure that the property is well‐maintained and the guest is well‐serviced.
Villa Maids
The Maid works normally from 08.00 until 16.00 (8 hours). However, they are flexible to follow your schedule, so please communicate with them to adjust to your preferences. If you need the Maid to work over time (more than 8 hours per day), there will be additional charge of IDR. 30,000 per hour per staff.
Cook
One of our Villa Maids is trained to cook simple yet delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner as detailed in the Villa Menu. If you would like to have a special menu for lunch or dinner, there is a Cook at your service for an extra charge of IDR 200,000 per 1 time cooking for maximum 6 pax. A charge for an extra person is IDR 50,000 per pax for 1 time cooking.
Gardener and Pool Maintenance
The Gardeners work from 07.00 until 17.00. Their duties are taking care of the garden, including cleaning the swimming pool.
Security Guards
One of the security guards will be on duty from 15.00 until 23.00. Another guard will be replacing him from 23.00 until 07.00 the next morning.

Baby Sitter
We can arrange professional babysitters; the charge range is between IDR. 50,000 – IDR. 100,000 per hour depends on qualification requested, as well as timing wise (day time/night time).
Our staff is also happy to step in if you need a babysitter in the evening occasionally with the charge of IDR. 50,000 per hour.
Laundry
Guest’s laundry will be sent to professional laundry. The laundry bill can be settled after each delivery or be added to your bill. Please note that the villa takes no responsibility for any loss or damaged laundry. Please also note that Bali has limited supplies of electricity and water. We try to limit our usage of detergent or any other chemical to preserve the environment. Therefore, we hope you understand that towels will be change every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days.
Car and Motorbike Hire
We have few recommended cars and personal drivers that can be hired per 10 hours. The price range is between IDR. 500,000 to IDR. 800,000, depends on number of people, type of car, and destination. Price is including fuel. All cars are air‐conditioned.
We have manual and automatic motorbikes. The price range is between IDR. 40,000 to IDR. 70,000 per day, depends on type of motorbike. Price is not including fuel.
Medical Help
We have 24 hours on‐call ambulance and doctor who always stand by for an emergency. They have contact with all the best hospitals and specialists.
Party
We can help to arrange a special event for you such as BBQ party, dinner party, etc. Please note that the maximum number of guest (exclude guest that staying in the villa) for this special event is 10 people and there is no live music/loud music that can disturb the neighborhood.

Villa Information
Villa Menu
The villa menu contains some menu which our Villa Maid/trained Cook is familiar with. If you have another preference for food, please speak and arrange this with her. She needs minimum 3 hours notice to prepare lunch and dinner, and there will be 20% charge added to the total groceries.
Villa Book
We provide a villa book in each villa, which contains detailed information regarding facilities and services. We strongly suggest the guest to read the villa book to avoid misunderstanding in information given previously regarding facilities and services. Additional information such as places of interests is also included in the villa book.
