The 3 bedroom in the main building are master bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The two bedrooms in the adjacent building have king sized bed and twin beds. All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite beautiful outdoor bathrooms. This villa also has an additional room with a queen size bed. The rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for pure relaxation and comfort.

“Fresh, Fine, Healthy and Simple”

Casa Mateo prides itself on the superb in villa dining service provided by our House Cook. Choose from an extensive menu of both Eastern & Western delights. Our staff will visit the market after your food selection has been made and will purchase the food required.

We are pleased to provide you with our suggested Menu items for breakfast, luncheon and dinner for your selection. Should you have any special requests, please discuss with us and we will arrange if at all possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your dining requests and special dietary needs. A selection of menus that our Cook is comfortable with preparing will be made available for you to review on a daily basis. For larger events we can also easily arrange for additional professional outside catering if needed.

A full complimentary breakfast is provided for each registered Guest. Prior to retiring at night, we ask that you advise us of your breakfast choice and the time that you require it to be served. You may choose to shop for yourself or alternatively, you can ask the Chef to shop for you. All you need to do is prepare a list of food and drink, and the rest is done for you.

Our staffs have been instructed to purchase only imported meats for our guests. Should you wish to eat local produce, please notify the Chef. You will be invoiced for the groceries of all non-complimentary food & beverage at the end of your stay but absolutely no mark-up from the shop prices. However, some special beverage items (as indicated) are attracting an additional charge.

Each day the friendly Balinese staff will cook a breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, toast and coffee. Breakfast is prepared in the fully equipped kitchen found in each villa. We advise when choosing a full set menu for your Luncheon or Dinner, only one selection can be made, for your group, from each of the Courses to a maximum of five courses. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide different selections for each course for each person.

We are very pleased to serve you for your in villa dining requirements, however, as we are a small team, advance notice is required for both luncheon and dinner. This will enable preparations including the purchasing of provisions.

Our Beverages

Drinking water, tea and coffee are provided with our compliments throughout the day. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be invoiced at the end of your stay and while the alcoholic drink will be charge per bottle basis.

Whilst Indonesia is predominantly a Muslim society, Bali is Hindu. You may therefore drink alcohol freely in public without attracting attention. Wine is not as readily available in Bali as most countries, but you may like try to get some bottle for your personal consumption, we will glad to assist you to purchase as your selection based on our list from recommended wine shop. This has a reasonable range and relatively good prices.

Trained Balinese staff offers superior personalized service catering to your need to provide the wide variety of services, including daily Western or Asian breakfast served privately in your villa, all information about the villas, Bali and beyond, organizing meal or massage & spa treatment, etc. Guest are assured of an idyllic holiday experience, endeavors to meet all needs and desires.

Full Time Manager
Casa Mateo Manager is responsible for the overall operation of Casa Mateo including staffing, special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. Guests can reach the manager 24 hours a day.

Villa Chef
Villa Casa Mateo Chef has developed a wonderful in-house menu of restaurant standard cuisine. The chefs are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements or needs. Dinner parties and events can be catered to.

Villa Attendant
Villa Attendants are responsible for maintaining a high-standard of cleanliness and tidiness at Casa Mateo Bali. They are also on hand to aid the Chefs in the preparation and serving of guest meals.

Chauffeur
The chauffeur is on standby for guests up to eight consecutive hours every day. Additional vehicles and drivers can be arranged if necessary – please let us know of any specific requirements in your booking request.

Security
The Villa guarded by 24-hours Security, and the property features its own main entrance, a private swimming pool, and sundeck.

Our staff will be on hand to ensure all your holiday requirements are taken care of. Food and beverage items other than the complimentary breakfast (and water, coffee and tea throughout the day), guests will be presented with a cash bill towards the end of their stay. Our staff will be happy to run errands for you
and to purchase items from the local delicatessens and supermarkets on your behalf.

Please give the chef as much notice as possible if you wish to have special meals prepared, so that he has time for the necessary shopping. Whilst it is entirely at your discretion, if you wish to show your appreciation of the villa staff.

• Rates are based on up to a maximum 10 persons. Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the villa owner.

Additional Terms & Conditions Villa Casa Mateo

Tentative Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required.

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand Casa Mateo is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US$ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on ”first come, first served” basis.

Down Payment

Deposit of 50% of the net total rental amount will be payable within 7 working days after the written booking confirmation has been received. The remain balance will be received within 35 days prior to scheduled arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non-refundable unless agreed by the owner.

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates

We have minimum stay requirement at Casa Mateo of 5 nights for low season, 7 nights for high season and 14 nights for peak season. We might agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Damages and broken things

All damages of the villa property and equipments done by clients will be charged to client’s bill based on replacement basis by the end of their stay.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Casa Mateo, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
