Villa Alamanda has three air conditioned bedroom, living area, kitchen, nice 
garden with swimming pool.

The Bedrooms

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the third bedroom is on the upper floor. The two bedrooms downstairs, one of them is double bed and the other one is twin bed. The third master bedroom upstairs has beautiful ocean and sunset views. Each bedroom has an en suite with monsoon showers and comes with its own small balcony or terrace.

The Living Area

The middle space is a well-lit, high-ceiling, multi-purpose living / dining / kitchen area with a dining table for six, soft couches, a flat screen TV with satellite TV and satellite channels, and a kitchen. A water wall at the back of the room brings the relaxing sounds of moving water inside, and French doors open up to the garden to allow the breeze to circulate throughout Villa Alamanda.

Ground Landscape

A terrace with 3 sun loungers runs alongside swimming pool which is in turn is surrounded by a well manicured lawn and simple tropical gardens. Completed with sun loungers

armchairs, this area is great to have some fun in the sun.

Villa Alamanda is one of five villas that sit on the water’s edge on the western side of the Tanjung Peninsula in Benoa in southern Bali, just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is a very short drive from the upscale tourist enclave of Nusa Dua, home to many of the island’s best five star resorts and restaurants. The surrounding area is a water sports paradise and home to some of Bali’s best beaches, two championship golf courses and a swathe of top quality bars and dining venues.

• Full day trip 8 hours 09:00-17:00 to Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan is 2.500.000 IDR + 10% tax (not include butler service and picnic arrangements if guests required). Management provides half-cabin boat with benches that is more comfortable for far trips.
• 4 hours “non stop” deep water trolling fishing tour in far ocean is 1.950.000 IDR + 10 % tax due to higher fuel consumption. Management provides half-cabin boat with benches that is more comfortable for long way trips in open water.

• All events or parties with more than 10 participants should be approved in advance by the villa management and stipulated local village council fee will be applied
• Damage deposit is required 300 US$. Should be paid IN CASH upon check-in to villa manager and fully refundable if no damages and losses in villa ( no stains on furniture and walls, no broken glasses and glass wear, no damaged electronics, no broken bath amenities and umbrellas)
