The property is set on a cliff overlooking pristine white beaches of the Indian Ocean and magical sunsets in the evening. Also the garden has a breathtaking landscape.

Main House
Main house in The Sanctus Villa is self contained with a 1st Master Bedroom and a 2nd Bedroom (both bedrooms are en suite), an open concept dining and kitchen, living room, covered terrace. It also has a service area and provides full service of housekeeping. The Main House building enjoys an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Independent Guest Suite
The guest suite complete with its bathroom is in its own building with a terrace and a view of the sprawling garden and the ocean.

Cliff Front
On the cliff front of The Sanctus Villa, there is an open deck over the pool that can be used for intimate dining and entertaining or even for rain contingency plan for your event.
There is an infinity pool at the edge of the cliff that overlooks the Indian Ocean and the pristine white beach below.
The wide unhindered lawn presents the perfect setting for weddings and other special events, especially when combined with floral decorations, lightings, entertainment and good catering.

The Sanctus Uluwatu is also available as a venue only for function/event .
- Rate : USD 5,000++ (For all seasons)
- Banjar fee : USD 450/event
- Security deposit : USD 1500 net (refundable if no damage)
15.5% Government tax & service will be applied.
Price includes complete use of villa grounds and 1 overnight stay including Continental Breakfast for 6 guests. Does not include airport/villa transfers.
Terms and Conditions for Rental Venue Only
- Guest Check In after 12:00 noon on day of event and check out at 12:00 noon the following day.
- Vendors may start their set up day before event after 2:00pm.
- Vendors must clear up their set up before 12:00 noon the following day after the event.
Terms and Conditions for holding an event at The Sanctus Uluwatu
- Curfew for loud music is 12 midnight
- Generator for power supply is mandatory
- An Event Organizer is mandatory for any event more than 25 pax
- Event Organiser is responsible to ensure that villa Grounds is cleared and cleaned up by 12:00 noon and do the handover to villa manager
