Villa The Sanctuary Bali houses 9 luxurious bedrooms: 1 Master suite (384 m2) with private pool and tropical garden, 6 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 romantic bale bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom where maximum 20 children can sleep in 10 bunk beds. The villa has a professional and fully equipped kitchen connected to the central dining and living pavilion (320 m2) overlooking our 35 meter infinity pool and 500 meter river frontage with unobstructed infinity views over Bali’s beauty. This villa also has two wooden Bales with media room, cinema, lounge, pool table, spa and gym. 

The Bedrooms

Master Bedroom with Private Pool

This very spacious and luxurious Master Bedroom (2 x 12 x 16 m) is located in one single pavilion with two stories. This exclusive pavilion is finished with teak wood and very high ceilings offering ultimate luxury.

On the upper floor there is a beautiful king-sized bed, a very spacious dressing area and an authentic terrace overlooking 360 degrees green surroundings and impressive river. There is also a beautiful work desk and a great lounging seat.

The ground floor offers an open air rain shower in an enclosed beautiful tropical garden, a five star luxury indoor bathroom with build in stone bathtub and two original wash tables, a small private kitchen, an outdoor sofa, a 10 meter private pool and a private tropical garden with two sun beds and umbrella overlooking the green infinity views.

Four Luxurious Bedrooms

The largest building of Villa The Sanctuary Bali is located next to the central dining and living pavilion. This imposing building houses four very luxurious Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We also call this building “The Twin” as there are two identical bedrooms upstairs and two identical bedrooms downstairs.

The two Twin Bedrooms upstairs are very well positioned with an easy access to our central dining and living pavilion. They have a beautiful centrally located king-sized bed offering green open views through the large windows. The very high ceilings and wooden teak floors represent ultimate Balinese luxury. Each bedroom has a work desk and a reading corner with original Balinese contemporary art on the walls. The luxury en-suite bathrooms have beautiful stone floorings and contain an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build in bath tub, two wash tables and a separate restroom. Great lighting and fresh flowers finish our bathrooms. Last but not least Bedroom number two and Bedroom number three have in front of the en-suite bathroom a large private terrace overlooking our tropical gardens with sun beds and trendy umbrellas.

The two Twin Bedrooms downstairs have an easy access to our 35 meter infinity pool. They have a beautiful centrally located king-sized bed offering 360 degrees green views through the large windows around the bedrooms. Each bedroom has white terrazzo floors, a work desk, a dressing and a reading corner. The luxury en-suite bathrooms have beautiful stone floorings and contain an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build in bath tub, two wash tables and a separate restroom.

Two Luxurious Bedrooms

There is a very spacious Balinese pavilion located in front of the river which houses our two luxurious Bedrooms number six and number seven. Both bedrooms are similar and have centrally positioned king-sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. The wooden floors give an authentic character and their location guarantees the best bedroom views of the villa. The bathrooms have a dressing, a shower, two wash tables and a separate toilet.

The Romantic Bale Bedroom

This wooden pavilion with very large windows houses this romantic and extremely charming bedroom. It is perfect for couples or younger people to enjoy Bali’s beauty. It has a Japanese style king-sized bed under a decorative mosquito net. Stairs lead to a small bathroom with shower, wash table and toilet. The size of this bedroom is less big than our large bedrooms but it has a unique and highly romantic atmosphere. Located close to the master bedroom it can be the perfect room for children of our guest staying in the master bedroom. It has a separate entrance so the privacy of our master bedroom is not disturbed.

The Bunk Bedroom

This Bedroom is nestled next to The Twin Bedrooms overlooking the wedding chapel and beautiful green tropical gardens. This Bedroom is designed for children to sleep and to enjoy their splendid time at Villa The Sanctuary Bali. This bedroom 9 has 10 bunk beds for 20 children, a dressing with 20 lockers, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and wash table. If adults decide to occupy these bunk beds there will be an additional cost. Villa The Sanctuary Bali knows perfectly how to handle 16 adults and 20 children.

Dining Room and Living Room

The dining room and living room are located in the main pavilion. This sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion (320m2) offers stunning green infinity views over Bali’s beauty. It is bordered with beautiful Balinese ponds. Constructed in traditional Balinese style and very high ceilings it makes you relax, enjoy and dream away. In front of this main pavilion you can also see beautiful view of the swimming pool. The integrated music sound installation offers a finishing touch. The antique dining table can easily have 16 people eating in comfort. The living room has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic Indonesian art.

Media Room And Billiards Bale

There is a fantastic air conditioned media room with cinema, lounge and games. If you want to watch a movie or watch 1 of the 300 international TV channels on the big flat screen TV with surround sound effects: this is the place to be. The media room has DVDs, CDs and books for entertainment. There is also a fantastic open air billiards room with pool table.

Accommodation Villa Aqua

Taking an inspirational approach to modern lifestyle, the villa is constructed on two levels and set within a large walled garden. The living area is very spacious and complete, presenting dining area, sunken lounge and soundproof party room. The outdoor area is large and equipped with 23m x 5m private swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and nice tropical garden. The Bedrooms

Each of the four bedrooms at Villa Aqua is large and intended to offer guests the maximum discretion and room for private space. There is an en suite bathroom in each room. The bedrooms themselves are fully appointed with desks, built-in closets, iPod docks and indirect and diffused lighting.

Dining Area

The dining pavilion is furnished with a sleek black lacquered dining table for eight, positioned within an open air pavilion sheltered by a roof with a wooden ceiling and pendulous paddle fans. The pavilion features a bar and service area, offering a delightful dining experience.

Lounge

The open-air sunken lounge is located adjacent to the dining pavilion, and is an attractive space to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner coffee and liqueurs. Softly cushioned seating is arranged around three sides of a cozy nook, complete with a black terrazzo floor. A black terrazzo outdoor buffet table complete with barbeque grill, offers a facility for alfresco party dining

Party Room

The soundproofed party room is ultra private, spacious, windowless and cool. The air-conditioned room is equipped with a billiards table and a wall-mounted, 39-inch, LCD flat screen satellite TV, together with a DVD player and a quality sound system with surround sound speakers positioned on the ceiling. It is furnished with large upholstered sofas and corner units, a coffee table and built-in shelving.

Kitchen

The modern and compact, fully-equipped kitchen is located out of sight at the rear of the property, yet close to the dining pavilion for ease of service. It contains all of the facilities that the staff required for the preparation of delicious meals, innovative buffets, and party snacks.

Pool And Garden

The entrance to the Zen-inspired property leads guests past an ornamental pond into a walled garden dominated by the swimming pool, which is bordered by flat lawns punctuated with palms and frangipani trees. The spectacular pool extends the length of the garden and features a wide, deep channel for swimming laps, in addition to stepped levels that allow guests to sit, lounge or lie in the water without actually having to swim.

Four poolside cabanas,  known as traditional Balinese ‘bale’ relaxation pavilions, appear to float upon the surface of the water. Each bale is fitted with a yielding mattress and sheltered from the sun by white roller blinds and a white sunbrella canopy.

Located in the center, with two bales on either side, is a large bubbling, open-air jacuzzi. The theme of The Aqua is total relaxation, and everything has been designed around the comfort of the guests. Another restful seating area can be found at one end of the pool, where an external staircase leads to the sunny rooftop level.

Steam Room

The large walk-in steam room is located in one corner of the garden. Big enough to accommodate four people, it features a frosted glass door, bench seating, a non-slip white granite floor, and creamy-white Palimanan stone walls extending into a arched ceiling.

Terrace

On the rooftop level, fringed by pink flowering bougainvillea, a large open-air terrace is fitted with a huge 2 x 4-meter daybed, which is sheltered by a pergola dripping in red passionflowers. An open-air walkway winds around this upper level, girded by a glass wall and backed in places by banded wooden screens, with daybeds located at various intervals. A sunny timber deck, with a shallow ornamental pond on three sides, presents a great place for sunbathing with the provision of four large sun-mattresses. In this peaceful and elevated spot, guests will feel on top of the world.

The Main Building
